Youthful Yearnings

Phaytea’s Pulse is participating in the #AtoZChallenge for 2017. The Theme is ‘Awakening of Self’ and ‘Youthful Yearnings’ is our entry for letter Y. The theme focuses on character traits that will gear us towards Meaningful Living and will run for 26 days in April except sundays. Please stop by the blog everyday for subsequent posts as we read the 26 letters of the alphabet together. Enjoy!!☺☺

Hi Millennials,

So we are at that point in our life when we want everything, we like to get involved in everything, big goals, lofty dreams, new shoes to fill, wishes and yearnings.

We achieve one goal and next minute, we are ready to chase new ones.

This is the period where we make big decisions that can make or mar our future.

Big decisions about our career, relationship, personal growth, family and friends….and the not so big decisions like outfit of the day, meals, habits to unlearn, friends to keep etc

We have so much energy and emotion directed towards our choices, and we definitely make some wrong choices in the process.

Success does not come easy so as we work towards crossing each milestones, here are some words to live by.

  • Be you.
  • Own your choices.
  • Your happiness should depend on your.
  • Be responsible for your actions.
  • Go with the flow sometimes.
  • Never give up.
  • Be resourceful.

Yearnings

  • Be kind.
  • Do not be afraid to love.
  • Do what makes you happy.
  • Always give your best.
  • Avoid wasting resources.
  • Have a sense of humour.
  • Inspire others.
  • Be fair.
  • Work hard.
  • Stay focused.

Be the life of the party, but do not drink from everyone’s bottle.

I’ll love to hear your’s too

What words do you live by?

    Love, Peace and Cupcakes
